Best Cold Brew Blend

I've been cold brewing coffee every summer for 25 years in my Toddy. Dean's Beans cold brew blend is the best coffee I've found for this method. Low acid, and perfect with regular or soy milk. I buy it coarsely ground in a five-pound bag. If you love cold brew, this is the gold standard.
