I was skeptical whether or not i would like a bidet... Skepticism is insane, this is the most clean i have ever felt after sitting on the toilet! The cold water is a bit of a jolt when it first hits you, but after less than a second, you don't even notice the cold water.. I plan to put a nice e-bidet in our main bathroom as this one was a trial for my office bathroom. If you have ever been on the fence, jump right off and grab one of these, they are AMAZING!!!

The pressure control is great; I like the front to back button but wish the stream could be moved side to side also.

The product itself is fine and does what it's supposed to do, although it's quite bulky. However, the overall experience was disappointing. My delivery attempt failed, and there was no reattempt scheduled for several days afterward, which caused unnecessary delays. What made the situation worse was the lack of support from the company. When I contacted customer service, they were not particularly helpful and simply told me to contact their third-party courier myself to sort out the issue. I would have expected the company to take more responsibility for resolving delivery problems. While the product quality is acceptable, I don't think it offers enough value to justify the price. There are comparable products on the market that are more affordable and likely provide a better overall customer experience
