I had a disappointing experience with Crescent Foods. They shipped out the meats completely thawed and warm, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about food safety and quality. When I reached out to address the issue, they denied any responsibility and showed a lack of accountability. Additionally, their customer service was unfriendly and dismissive, making the situation even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Crescent Foods to anyone looking for halal meats. Quality and customer care are essential, and unfortunately, they did not meet those standards in my case.

Package was sliced open upon receipt

I ordered two packages. After thawing one, the lamb shoulder tasted great. The second package, upon thawing, leaked juice all over my refrigerator overnight. I had no idea how long the package had been open, so I had to throw it away. It looked like someone had cut right through it before shipping.
