Purchasing was a breeze on the web site. Follow up from the company and shipper was fantastic. Received my Lure 13.5 in perfect condition, very well packaged. Everything was very easy to finish putting together and watching a couple of their videos made it a breeze. Christened the kayak in icy water, and was amazed with the stability of the kayak and power of the peddle drive. Actually ended up catching a 3 pound largemouth while peddling around the floating ice. Can’t wait to get back out !!

My overall buying experience with FeelFree was great. They had a great sale and free shipping going on, so I placed my order for my 13.5 with the drive. I ordered it on a Friday morning and had it delivered to my door by the next Thursday. Fast shipping, and came packaged extremely well. I am still working on my build, but this is a great quality kayak. Beware, it is a monster, so if you have any plans to put this on a rooftop carrier you might want to consider a trailer. I know I am. Very happy so far with the quality.
