Crew Neck Tank Halftee

Perfect except tight arm openings

I love everything about this crew neck except the tight arm holes. The arm holes are about 2 inches smaller than my garment top. Very uncomfortable in the armpit area. I even sized up. I’m a size XS and ordered a S. Will going up 2 sizes solve the tight arm opening?
