Womens Initial Pendant & Tennis Chain - 5MM

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a platinum chain and pendant and received a gold charm instead this is ridiculous like how do you send this like that. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and I can’t give this to someone like this. Also I haven’t received the other part of my order and after this I doubt that will be correct very displeased and would like a refund or a new charm sent.
