Customer service is unhelpful and glasses were sent damaged. Was told to go fix it externally and the courier and the cutomer service were both blaming each other for it arriving in a damaged state.

Good glasses, but bad shipping

I love the frames from Belvoir&Co, But I live in the EU , and customs arrived with 20$ more to pay. I ordered in the sale so the price is good.
