Espresso Paladino

The best beans

Zoka Kirkland is the only thing I miss after leaving WA. The best coffee shop with literally the best coffee. Haven't found anything close anywhere else. At least now I can recreate the lattes at home with these delicious beans.

Solid cup

Second time trying Paladino and first in a while (have usually opted for Cuatro). Prepared as espresso both straight and with milk, and both outcomes are delicious. Deeper, chocolate notes at 2:1 ratio go well w milk and as traditional espresso. Still playing with parameters to see if I can bring a little more brightness to the espresso cup.

Good pour over

Makes a nice pour over, nothing outstanding, just smooth full body drinkable cup of coffee.
