I love this stuff - on my face, in my tea or coffee, on my toast...the uses are manifold! I'll use as a cleanser or a mask, and sometimes I'll spot treat if a pimple is either angry red or healing. It definitely encourages healing quickly and gently! In terms of using it in/on food, it tastes very delicate and floral.
