You’ve asked for my feedback, so here it is. My replacement T Shirt finally arrived last week after MONTHS of waiting and very little contact from Garage 79…and here are my thoughts. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, but the difference in sizing between a large – which was just a bit too tight, and an extra large, which I thought would be okay, is like chalk and cheese. Now it’s like wearing a circus big top tent. And not only that, the image on the front of the shirt isn’t even straight. What I’d really like to do, is leave you a scathing Google review. Which most people would. But ultimately, that doesn’t help your small business. You have a brilliant idea for a business. But your execution is appallingly bad and your customer service is beyond a joke. The original order was in February. And it’s now August. And I STILL don’t have something I’m happy with! I can’t be bothered going through all this again with you to get a T Shirt that I like and fits me properly. It’s just way too hard. And I consider myself absolutely and entirely ripped off.
