The Puffin™ Game

Poor customer communication

I placed an order for the Puffin Game mid-January as a gift. My credit card was immediately charged and I expected to receive it quickly. However I didn’t so after a couple weeks I followed up and was told it was back-ordered and that this information was on the product site, but I couldn’t find it anywhere when I went back to check. I then waited another 2 weeks after hearing nothing. I was told they were to arrive the next day and I’d receive an email with tracking details as soon as it ships. Another 2 weeks and no communication, no email. It did finally show up but no email communication/tracking notification. Product is good but pricey. Customer service and processes in support of their customers is lacking.

My 14lb KC Cavalier doesn’t have the aggression or strength to weeble wobble this at all. Its kinda sad, it just holds treats and he cam smell them but the base weight isn’t adjustable so it just sturdily sits there unless someone else boops it over. Cute idea for heavier, more aggressive players, sad treat control mechanism for my pup.

I purchased this for my large lab and he chewed the exterior to bits, so I would not reccommend for large dogs. I did however purchase this again for my two puppy Aussie Labradoodles, so far so good :-) Fable makes very nice esthethically pleasing products that dont mind looking at everyday, so im glad i can contiue to use.
