This umbrella will NOT fit in a pocket or purse but what it gives up in length is more than made up in function. Sturdy yet impossibly light with a very comfortable handle. I love it!

Something I never thought I needed

I took my new umbrella backpacking in to Desolation Wilderness. I used it after arriving mid-day at Aloha Lake while we were walking around looking for the perfect campsite. I was over-heated from the climb, and the umbrella along with lots of water, without a doubt mitigated my discomfort nicely. Good investment and very light weight!
