Very Frustrated with the lack of delivery and follow through!
I would love to review these items - it would mean that I have actually received my order and that I have had a chance to use them - Heck, it would mean that the replacement corkscrew has arrived and I would have been able to serve wine at my Easter gathering yesterday! I keep getting notices that they were delivered by OnTrac, but no such luck. Can't even get any info from OnTrac about where they dropped the package. I am STILL waiting for my order!
