BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I love my new blue wallet with a Scottish Terrier on it. The customer service was over the moon. I actually ordered the wallet in red and it turned out it was not available. I knew this within 10 minutes of placing my order. Imagine my surprise when I received an email explaining the situation with an offer to include a free make-up bag in my order if I chose the blue one. I did immediately. And then when my order arrived, enclosed was a very pleasant note about the situation and wrapped with the makeup bag was an ever-so-precious Scottie necklace. What a tremendous company. My heart warms again as I write these words.
