While you could probably get away with using these on comets/steelhead flies as well, they are best for deceiver saddles and long saltwater saddles. Feather size varies but longest are around 8 inches.

HARELINE DUBBIN FLAT WING SADDLES

Have to say I was pretty disappointed with these feathers. The length was not that good. Must be why they were on sale. Compare feathers from a Euwing saddle (far left) and a different Hareline saddle (in orange) to the one on the far right.
