Mr granddaughter Scarlett absolutely loves her new Gliz blanket. She ‘calms down’ immediately when she is wrapped in it. The embroidery on it is so special and makes it so much more personal 💜

Ordered with silk trim and it came without.

I ordered a custom blanket for my daughter with embroidered name, hoping it would match the blanket we were gifted previously for our son. While the quality of the blanket itself is lovely, I was disappointed with the placement of the embroidery. On my son’s blanket, the name is centered at the bottom. On my daughter’s blanket, the embroidery is noticeably off-center and placed in an awkward position, which makes the two blankets look mismatched. There was no option during checkout to choose embroidery placement, so I assumed it would be the same as the previous gifted order. I reached out to the shop to ask if I had missed a step when ordering and shared photos showing the difference between the two blankets. I was told that off-center placement is normal, that it hasn’t been a concern for other customers, and that I should make a note on future orders. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology for my disappointment, which was the hardest part of the experience. I truly wanted to love this purchase, especially since it was for my daughter and meant to match her brother’s. I hope this feedback helps future customers and encourages clearer communication around customization details.
