Saggia Floating Vanity (24"-84")

Overall the vanity looks okay but from my research I knew what to expect with it looks wise. I am glad we upgraded to the 4 inch top. Shipping was very inconsistent. Although I did receive a tracking number the delivery driver arrived unannounced one random afternoon (two days before the tracking showed). Luckily we were home and happened to meet the guy. It was was just one guy trying to finagle a giant vanity and took quite a bit of work. The vanity arrived damaged but within 10 min I was on the phone with customer service so that was good. They offered a partial refund as I was not able to wait for a new one. I gave the refund money to my contractor and he was able to fix the damage however he said from a construction stand point he wouldn’t recommend this brand again. Although everything did work out in the end I wouldn’t purchase again, or if I did I’d be in for knowing what to expect. Overall I’m thankful for the excellent customer service atleast and quick response.

I would have given 5 stars, if the drawer doors closed and opened smoothly. I really need to open it hard

Such a quality vanity! This is the second vanity we purchased from O&N. Customer service is great. So modern with the best warm wood color. Highly recommend.
