Sizing is all over the place

I ordered two long sleeves, both the same size. And they fit completely different, I don’t know if I maybe got some defective ones? They first one shrunk almost an entire size, and the second one was huge on me, nor did they come with any tags on them which was kind of weird, they were not packaged separately at all.

Tight fit

Runs a little small. Works well for an undershirt.
