I gave feedback on this earlier. Mr Chris Lim very kindly assured me that this honey is naturally creamy. No commercial creaming. I am very grateful for this. I have tried a whole spectrum of honeys from various New Zealand and Australian suppliers. None comes to this wilderness honey for the price, product quality and taste. My remaining wish is that Mr Lim brings back the big bottle (900g), which is more cost-effective for long-term users like me. I have been using this honey for about 15 years.

I love the creaminess of this honey, though I hope it is not the commercially known "creamed" (processed) honey.
