Customer service is excellent! There was a mix up on my order and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The shelter does not leak...even when we had huge rain fall. I am very pleased. When we have extremely hot days I find it too hot to sit under it so this is disappointing. The curtains have to be weighted because they just blow in the wind and are useless. Takes a whole day to put together. My husband is not convinced the roof panels will hold the snow. I guess we'll find out this winter.

Changed to the Martinique

Everthing thing went well delivery was quick and the assembly was rather straight forward as long as you dont skip ahead and have 2 people . we use the shelter almost everyday its where im writing this reveiw

Rest area

You have to be two to complete assembly. The roof cannot resist any snow charge so it has to be removed before winter. We new it, before we brought it, but we did not know that it was not design to be removable. We bought it for the look. For that we are very pleased.
