Just arrived yesterday so haven't used it yet, but have had them in years past and it is by far the best opener for wine. Thank you.

Flimsy

I have an older Rabbit and it is so much better made than the current model. Disappointed for the price.

Unfortunately, the product is not what I expected. I thought that by paying top dollar, I was getting a solid, metal frame that opens bottles seamlessly, but instead, the main piece and handles are plastic. We already have one like this and it no longer works effectively. Will be returning.
