2016 Chevy 5.3L V8 Progresive Series Catback Exhaust

Could not recommend the Progressive Series Catback Exhaust for a 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado more. It isn't too loud but has a deep grumble - I get lots of compliments. It does drone in V4 mode if you have a V8 - I am looking into an AFM/DOD delete to help with this. 11/10 would recommend - fairly priced and relatively easy install. The only negative is it does not come with 3 exhaust clamps (mine was too rusted behind the cats to keep) and the 2 it does come with are not the most durable so I will likely be replacing them.

Hit or Miss Quality

In 2023, I purchased a Carved Progressive system for my 2014 Silverado. It was great, perfect amount of noise and tone and absolutely zero drone in the cab. It sounded like a high quality exhaust, gave me zero issues and was great. After purchasing my 2018 Sierra I ordered the exact same Carven Progressive and this one sounds completely different. It has drone at almost every cruising speed and sounds to be louder in the cab than out the tailpipe. After triple checking everything there are no leaks and every clamp and hanger is tight. Disappointed with my new exhaust after being so pleased with my previous purchase from Carven.
