iSense Hybrid Premier

Poor customer service. Executives don't respond. Delivered product ripped, scraped, smushed and dirty. Not sure if damaged yet. Overall, extremely poor presentation and experience on a luxury mattress. Shipper had set up to leave in my yard. I had to wait several weeks until STL Maersk agreed to put inside door. Even that was poor. They dropped on the floor and scratched it across the wood. Notated DR for potential damage.

Unfortunately my mattress was delivered without ever contacting me to arrange a delivery date. Was just left on my front doorstep and i was away on vacation! Very disappointing customer relations/communication.

I love the idea of this concept where the king split allows each person to raise the head separately but when they are both flat, which is the majority of the time while you sleep, you fall right into the split. Extremely uncomfortable. The comfort of the bed is good, it doesnt get as firm as you might think it will but I am comfortable with it. Unfortunately in order for me to exchange the mattress for one that is not split I would have to pay to have it professionally shrink wrapped and packaged and returned to exchange it for another and pay for them to ship me another. I will have to keep the split and strap it to keep from waking up with severe shoulder pain.
