I paid for the Item and never received it....

After waiting two weeks for it to come in the mail it never did. I reached out many times telling them that, they even acknowledged that yes I never received but then never did anything about it. If I hadn’t reached out asking about it they never would have said anything or to let me know that I wasn’t getting it. I’ve asked for a refund a few times and they have yet to respond.
