Stella Fontinella is Delicious!

I absolutely adore Stella Fontinella cheese. It being more and more difficult to find in any grocery store in this country, it was a blessing finding Parthenon Foods who carries this cheese in great quantities. The only thing you need to keep mind is the cost of overnight FedEx shipping cost ~ so just make sure you order enough to make the shipping fee worthwhile. And the first taste of Stella Fontinella, after not having had it for years, was WONDERFUL! It was (fortunately), exactly the same delicious flavor and consistency I remembered.
