Neon Purple Clear Samsung Case

The case is fine... but their customer service is lacking. Mistakenly ordered the wrong model case and I PROMPTLY reached out to customer service per their instructions. Was told they would get it fixed for me and removed from my order, but then all of a sudden they were like oh sorry it's been shipped there is nothing we can do... I reached out multiple days before it shipped. Extremely frustrating 😑. And to have to pay for returns is asinine. Especially since I resched out the same day I placed my order and conversed back and forth with customer service over the course of the multiple days and told more than once they would fix it. Seriously dnt know why they don't move the order to a different status so their shipping depth won't ship the order until the issue is resolved. No they just let it sit and drag along the issue until it's too late and then they "oh im sorry *shrug* can't do anything now"

Omg I love this phone case. I'm using it now and I am getting so many compliments about the colors and the shade! The hue is really pretty. The quality is amazing too :smiley:

CUTE n DURABLE

LOVE these cases. This is my second one from Velvet Caviar, and they are wonderful! Durable, cute, light weight and always protect my phone! My first is the black with holo marble, I did drop my phone during a walk, NO DAMAGE to phone or case!!! I'd been keeping tabs on the neon purple for awhile, and totally needed it when I saw the cyber monday sales.
