Possible swap for new pair?

I love the glasses but while cleaning them noticed they seem to have spec like scratches on the inside in the center. I attached a photo. Could you review the pics and see if I could get a replacement pair?

Have 2 pairs now. Best glasses for the price in my experience. Also really good customer service any time I've needed assistance.
