my granddaughter loves the bras and underwear. she is sensitive to textures and these are so soft she says and No Tags !!

Bra quality fine - not refunding when exchange wasn't available isn't
Unfortunately my daughter with sensory challenges couldn't wear the bras because the bands are just too tight even though the top portion fit fine. I tried to exchange one for a larger size and got a refund for the other.. But when the exchange size wasn't available I got a store credit instead of a refund. Now what am I supposed to do. Buy a product just because?? This is not good customer service.
