Why is it not valid for shopping in the only local store?
Since this gift card is the only PLS gift card available online, I can't understand why it's not valid at the local store in Toronto. There you can buy another gift card valid only locally. Therefore, it is not possible for customers who do not live in the Toronto area to purchase a gift card as a gift for someone who will be visiting Toronto and wants to shop at the local store.
I wanted this for my daughter, who will be visiting Toronto next summer. We live in Europe, so there is no option to buy a local gift card as a gift in advance.
And by the way: No refund possible.
