The P-2201 is an accessory designed to work with Safariland® duty holsters with 2.25" (58mm) Universal Belt Loops (UBL). It's an injection molded insert that allows the holsters to be used with a 2" (50mm) belts.

Great to adapt to 2" belt

This Insert Adapter worked great, tightened up the holster on my belt. Tired of the slipping and moving holster? I have used SAFARILAND products my entire career, 30 years, and now still using their products and recommending to my students.
