Great holster.

Very easy to draw. I thought it was going to be harder but I was wrong. For a non optic pistol holster this is right on the money and definitely worth the look those planning just to use irons.

Great locking holster

This is my 3rd Safariland Holster. My duty & carry gun is a Glock 45 with a Surefire X300U. In our current environment, I have decided that my concealment holster should have a locking device, not the open top 557 (which is a great holster). This holster has the Safariland ALS. The holster is Kydex with a canvas cloth bonded to it. The inside is lined with suede. I removed the paddle and replaced it with a belt loop attachment. I want the narrowest profile possible to avoid printing. It comes with the belt loop, however I purchased one for a narrower belt. Safariland customer service was helpful in narrowing down my holster search based on my needs. As for the ALS it is what you expect from Safariland. The gun locks the moment it is put into the holster. And by moving the lever it is released. Smooth and easy.
