Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a holster after many attempts to find what fit my Kimber PRO Carry TLE/RL II. The holster finder option indicates no matches. After selected each holster and going through every drop down option I was able to find a holster that appeared to be for my 4 inch barrel Kimber with a Surefire X-300 light. The holster arrives after a month and the sticker on the package it came in indicates its for a 5 inch barrel and a X200 light. I try to call customer service, and am sent to voice mail. I leave a voicemail and receive no response this way. I then try to electronically contact customer service. This is either the worst AI or the least helpful customer service person they have on staff. I'm told that they will exchange my item, but I will receive the exact same item in exchange. I explain if its the same item for both models why are there even dtop down options, and receive an answer they doesnt answer anything. I inquire how I'm supposed to find the correct holster to fit the model weapon I have. I get a response thet there are two models that would fit my weapon but no indication what models those would be. I have given up with Safariland at this point.
