SP100 - Defender™ II Riot Control Glove w/Steel Shot

Defective product, no help from customer service

Gloves arrived ripped and torn open. This was plainly visible from outside of the package, but safariland still sent it to me like this. Struggled with getting anyone at customer service to start the refund process. 20+ emails and phone calls later and I still haven't received a refund even though the product was returned a month ago. Garbage customer service and will never order from safariland again.
