Jacques Herbin 1670 Emerald of Chivor - 50ml Bottled Ink

Love the teal color, very faint shimmer, not as strong in writing as the images suggest, but still gorgeous

This will go down as my favorite ink of all time, I think. It’s beautiful!

The color is gorgeous. The reason for the 4- instead of 5-star review is because I have seen so many swatches of this ink with a lot of red and gold sheening which is very misleading because unless you're using an insanely wide nib or "wet" pen, the sheen is almost nonexistent. Even then, you don't get the beautiful red. I will no doubt use this with certain correspondence because it is still a gorgeous teal/blue.
