I haven’t had a lot of use time yet. However, it’s a great product. For what I need it for it’s perfect. My highest rating now. Goes to this company. I had many questions. I messed up and ordered the wrong item. They responded super quick. Super Helpful and polite. For myself customer service can out weigh the product it self. Knowing when you buy something they will be there is HUGE. I hope I can get back in here. I want to use the recorder for a bit and give another review. If your shopping around. And between companies to make a decision. This is your place.

Excellent product!

I was looking for a good product for recording as best it could in a good distance and near distance and from a good store. My mean goal was buy it because I am immigrant in Canada and I was physically and verbally abused for 2 refugees here in the school I used to go. Also, It is good to me use it because here in canada if you think not liber., and you are more conservative(like me) you are attacked, and unfortunately this is happing with me, even I am latino-african heritage immigrant. I tested this product outside and is good even with wind of fall/winter. If a person is speaking loudly this little thing records it the person in the other side walk. It is very good. Also, is very good when you are inside a room and you can record very clear. Thank you God there is this store. I feel more safe now.
