A bit hard to work with

I would not order again. The quality of the product was fine. It was too hard to work with because it is very slippery and difficult to keep together when splicing. Very simply.... the twist doesn't stay in the line. I probably ordered the wrong line for what I wanted to do.

Super customer phone guidance and support

Had specific questions re rope we needed according to spec. Heather assisted and doubled checked for me by phone. I requested a 5’ section in order to actually see, inspect, and feel the rope twist/ lay. Came quickly. Seemed what I needed. Had poor experience w another rope from a different company. Ordered 300’. Came in good time. Installed successfully on our pontoon boat yesterday 8/13/26. Ice to work with Heather who followed my order throughout. Ken
