I’ve had the stock OEM, after market and a polyurethane mount, all have eventually failed. Instead of buying another poly mount i decided to go with Delrin. Just holding it in your hand you can tell this thing is not going to fail. There is some increased vibration however. This doesn’t bother me as i had a poly mount before so the vibration is about the same. I have a manual transmission car so the car so the car is always in neutral at a stop. Shifting feels great, shifting has a much solid feel. Highly recommended
