Sadly wasting half a pack

I've been ordering from yourself for a few years now and service and products have been excellent but sadly the last few orders I have received I seem to be losing at least half a pack by the lashes falling apart when being removed. Now I'm taking them out as I should but they are still becoming unusable. Some fans aren't even together at the end to start with. I've ended up having to look at alternative lash company's to save money.

I’ve been using these lashes from near enough when I first started 3 years ago, il never use anyone else, even now I’m living in Cyprus I still order these x
