Not water resistant / customer service is outstanding

My first Motocontrol relay box failed after being installed for about 4 years. It really does not get along with any sort of moisture, from heavy rain in my case. I purchased a replacement, which I installed using dielectric grease in the connector. Hoping this one doesn’t give me any problems. Lightwerkz customer service is a whole other story. I contacted them immediately after placing my order online, asking them to rush shipment so that I would have functioning headlights again. The guy on the phone upgraded my shipping to UPS 2 Day without charging me an extra cent. Absolute top notch dudes doing absolute top notch work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
