One of the cables doesn't work

One of the cables sent to us doesn't work. The other two work fine. UPDATE: I originally sent a two-star review because one of the cables didn't work. The other two worked fine and even worked on the computer where the other cable wasn't working. I gave my two-star review and assumed that I'd have to order another cable, but their customer support team reached out to me before I could order again and made it right. Excellent customer service, and the cables now work excellent. Thanks Again.
