Quality Light Done Right
I've always wanted a Delta custom and it was worth the wait. Looks good (love the copper accent ring) and the UI works great if you want to change up the defaults. Great tint (Nichia 219C 5000K) and the narrow optic works great. A bit heavy for shorts but I wouldn't be afraid to drop it and not have it still work!

Superb Craftsmanship!
I'm extremely impressed with my new Delta Custom. Very well made. Beautiful light. I love the quality of the light itself. But, I'm not surprised. I already have an Alpha and I've come to expect nothing but the best from Prometheus Lights. The Icarus interface takes a little getting used to, but I love its flexibility. Highly recommended.

Almost Perfect
The tint on Delta’s 5000K 219C is the cleanest white I’ve ever seen. I though the same LED in my Preon was perfect, but Delta’s are better. As close to perfect as the Delta is, I have a few quibbles. Specs list diameter as 1.0”, but I measured .990”, so a 1” diffuser won’t stay on. The bezel has less than one full turn of thread engagement, which seems marginal. Finally, the lowest programmable moonlight is brighter than necessary for dark-adapted vision.
