Britt Utility Pant in No Fade Black Canvas

not in my size. Ultralight in black, please

Black uniform for outdoor & office. Prefer side pockets & higher waist for bending w/ two phones, wad of keys, wallet, pen, and knife. Great sale price: size 14 waist could fit two of me. I'm curvy, front & back (size 14 NYDJ & 12 Duluth jeans). Size 8 fit legs, but waist too tight. Size 10 was sold out. I exchanged for gray Ultralight Trail pant, size 10, fit perfectly. The stitching is also gray, no black contrast, possibly updated after an ealier review. Prefer the ultralight ripstop material and 32 length to keep boots covered. Glad to support Dovetail's crew instead of buying imported tactical pants.

Sizing difficulties.

I love these pants, I own two pairs of them. They’re tough and great for work and hot for leisure. However their sizing is strait up bizarre. I order a 12 and I can’t fit into them. I order a 14 and I’m swimming in them. A 3 inch gap. Between me and the belt buckle. They seem to shrink a little with washing and fit better. But still.

Very thick material and sturdy

I love all the utility pockets and thick durable material. I just wish one of the side pockets was a little bit shallower or tighter so my cellphone and work tablet won't fall to the bottom of the pocket. I have to lean over a bit and dig in the pocket to retrieve my phone. It could just be because I am short (5'3") and the pants were meant for someone with longer legs but I wish the larger pockets sat a little higher on the thigh also. But all in all, the best cargo pants made for women I've ever had.
