I love the slippers, but ordered black and received navy with no explanation. Also, the courier (Evri) lags behind their competitors in the quality of tracking information. Items disappear into the Evri universe and pop out ~ 3 days later. Contrast this to DPD and UPS and you’ll see what I mean.
