Doesn't glow in the dark

Upon receiving my picture I was very curious to see if it actually "glows in the dark" as advertised. It doesn't actually glow in the dark but the lady in the picture wears glow in the dark makeup. So you're assuming in reality it "glows in the dark" when you turn off the room lights. So when you buy this particular picture don't think you're getting an actual glow in dark picture. Never the less it IS very beautiful and does bring style to your room. Will be hanging up soon.

I absolutely love it? I am always hesitant to purchase things I haven't seen in person but I have to say I am impressed. They are very beautiful and classy.
