Pontefract cakes - traditional English soft sweet liquorice cakes

Super Pontefract cakes. I’m purchasing them on a regular basis. Our liquorice jar is very popular with our sons when they visit. They walk in and go straight to the jar so we have to keep it full. And all three are nearing middle age!!!

These were gifted anf much enjoyed. However, I also had some as part of a variety pack and were impressed by taste and texture

I bought these as a gift for a team of others and they absolutely loved it. These were a favourite of mine so that was no surprise
