Classic Burger Seasoning

This seasoning really compliments the Ostrich meat. So glad I ordered it.

Really versatile

It's much more than a delicious Burger Seasoning. I use it as a salmon rub - I apply it liberally, sear on the grill on high heat for 3min or so, then flip onto the skin side and turn the heat way down. The AOF Seasoning locks in the moisture and adds awesome flavor to top quality salmon - DELISH!

So Flavorful!

I know this is burger seasoning, but we used it to make skillet fajitas. They came out AMAZING and our family will be using this instead of fajita and taco seasoning going forward. Big flavor, but not spicy, which I love. Will definitely be buying more and using for burgers and as a steak rub, as well.
