Complete Kit

The fuel pump kit for the Victory motorcycle arrived reasonably quickly and the quality of the components seem like they are of a good quality. The kit included new pickup filters, hoses, and clamps. The pump was an easy install because it was the exact replacement pump required including the electrical connections. The most important item in this repair was the fuel pump outlet seal that was required to properly execute this install. This seal is no longer available from Polaris and the aftermarket sources are very expensive and difficult to find. I am extremely grateful for the quality of this kit and the comprehensive parts selection that is included within.

Payed a licensed mechanic to install it. And after install fuel pump will turn on. Will not send no fuel, and regulator does not work/fit

Great, but not a perfect fit...

I bought this for my 2022 V92C and while you do have to re-use quite a few of the original parts to make this kit complete, they don't show as coming with it, so it's not like they told you it was going to be complete, but just want people to be aware that this is not a complete kit. I was able to re-use most of my original gasket/seals, but you'll also need to purchase (at least) new gaskets for the fuel tank access plug, as the original ones will not be re-usable. Now for my reason of giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The gaskets/seals it did come with (on the pressure regulator and where the pump output fitting is) were too big for my factory assembly and no matter how hard I tried (force and lubrication), they would not go into place. Not a big deal as I just needed to file them down a bit to make them fit, but it was a bit of pain and would have been nice to know in advance instead of after hooking other parts up to it. The other problem I had, and this might just be a rare instance, is that assembled the whole thing and got the tank back on the bike, only to find that while the fuel pump ran strong, I wasn't actually getting any fuel. I tried priming it MANY times and still no fuel, so I had to take the entire thing apart and remove the pump again. I then put the fuel pickup lines directly into fuel jugs and manually started the pump multiple times only to hear it run, but not have any fuel going through the pump. On probably the 10th time, I heard a loud "pop" and it started spraying fuel like it should. I don't know if it was an air bubble or something wrong with a diaphragm internally, but after that, everything worked perfectly.
