A let down for the price

This is not a cheap toy and so we felt let down by its quality. The only way to secure it was with wood glue which, if the cart falls is not nearly strong enough. We had to reinforce with screws. The instructions were unclear on how to assemble the ropes and we couldn’t find much helpful online. The ropes keep slipping so we had to make changes there as well so it was not as smooth sailing as we’d hoped!

Good but could easily be better.

The products are nicely made and enjoyable for a small child to assemble with grownup assistance. However once set up it becomes apparent that the screw-in hooks to keep the cable cars on track are unsuitable and insufficient. I had to go and buy replacement hooks from B&Q. It now works well. If there was provision on this form to send photographs showing this improvement I would do so.
