No sticking and no flair up grilling
Excellent zero flair up grill. Cooked steaks Bell peppers and zucchini on it so far and everything turned out great and without sticking. Next they need a flat griddle to fit it for breakfast time. Great sear on the steak also.

Excellent Grill!
The cast iron surface is a great addition to my IGT and is portable enough to bring out on excursions by itself.
