Solace Essence Skin Renewal Set (Sample)

I would give this no stars is possible. I’ve been using this product for 6 years and placed a bulk order in December 2023. Some were gifts, but a few were for me. I still had a body cream from earlier in the year and compared the two. THEY HAVE DILUTED EVERY SINGLE ITEM TO THE POINT THAT THE SCENT IS NONEXISTENT. I’ve emailed them and despite all the reviews saying how the scent is nonexistent, inquiring if they changed the formula, they still claim nothing has changed. And of course, they won’t refund any of my items. I am mortified that I gave away so many gifts away that are not up to the standards I’ve grown to know and love. I hope this company goes bankrupt. At this point I’m better off buying the $20 roller from Ulta. Ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Trust me. The body cream, rollers, everything. It’s all been changed. So disappointed.
